Saving time when calling customer service reps
When you run your own business, time is money. The more quality time you can put into your home business, the
better off it will be. Many people who don't work for themselves think that its great to have all of this free time.
But the fact of the matter is, is that if home business owners waist time not working - their business will suffer. So, with
that being said, its always importat to cut out tasks that waist a lot of time.
I am sure you have spent a lot of time on the phone with customer service people. Whether it be getting your internet
set up, fixing your computer, getting help with software, or anything else you can think of - you will spend a lot of time
on the phone with customer service people. Obviously, you should always be polite when speaking with customer service reps.
However, if you have a complex question, you may want to ask to speak with a manager. Often, their are different tier
levels of customer service representatives - and the person who answers the call is usually the lowest level support rep.
So, if you get on the phone with a rep whom is unable to assit you, politely ask to speak with a manager. Chance are, you will
get on the phone with a higher tier customer service rep who will be able to help you.
This is a simple task which will save you time. And, as I mentioned before, time is money....
