You Can't Do Everything
One thing many people will say is that you can't do everything by yourself. Many people when they launch a
new business want to try and do everything. And, sometimes, doing everything on your own can be a detriment to your business.
Your business may need you to spend more time selling. Selling is what is going to generate income for you. Or your business
may need more time from you devoted to marketing your business or dealing with existing customers or accounts. And, to do a great
job on these tasks, you may not be able to focus on accounting, research, quality control, or other less important and less time sensitive tasks.
There are often jobs which simply don't need your expertise. These are jobs that anyone can do just as good as you. So, why spend time on data entry
when you can pay someone to do that data entry. The time you free up, could then result in your completing a sale which would in effect more
than make up for the money you spent on data entry. And yes, you need to have money to spend to have other people help you, but again, if you believe
in yourself, and your business model, well than your business should see a benefit from having you spend time focusing on the more important tasks.
