16:22:53 [kaygreen] then I had a box with 12 months and also 1-31 files in the front

16:23:15 [kaygreen] when I spoke to a customer I wrote on the back of the card what we said and when to contact them next

16:23:26 [kaygreen] then I put their card behind that month

16:23:46 [kaygreen] the current months cards were behind the 1-31 files giving me so many each day

16:24:00 [kaygreen] I had to make 5 or 10 calls each week day

16:24:13 [kaygreen] if I had that many cards that month I did those first

16:24:28 [kaygreen] then I needed to find more people to call - others I knew - online networking - etc

16:24:38 [kaygreen] once my 5 calls were done that day I could stop

16:25:21 [kaygreen] when I held a party all those customers got added to the file - I liked to call them a week after the party to be sure they got their orders and were happy with everything

16:25:51 [kaygreen] and then could ask them if they had ever considered having a home business along side their family activities and to be able to buy wholesale

16:26:03 [Shannon] I just want to say that since my Outlook quit working I have been LOST where time and scheduling is concerned. If you have this available, use it!
